Below list of questions that ask by Inspector:
1. Describe all essential fittings for fire tube boiler
2. Type of furnace - corrugated and plain type (die yg bg jawapan)
3.How many flue pass in the fire tube boiler (actually have three for my case, but i answer 2 only)
4. Water gauge glass test
5. Emergency shut down
6. What act that related to boiler
Only 6 question i get, but no question for water treatment
Hopefully i can go through an pass....

ReplyDeletetukama is water tube boiler...so is that really related to corrugated or plain furnace??

3. im not sure abt tukama boiler, but the corrugated furnace only apply to fire tube boiler cause water tube boiler furnace c/w refractory and wall tube
Tukama boilers (N450 and N600)are Malaysian-made water-tube boilers, patterned after the Japanese Takuma boilers.
DeleteIt used to be made by a company called Binaan Mekanikal Sdn. Bhd. during the 1980's.
Does anybody know if Binaan Mekanikal still exists?
